At APeel, we recognise our responsibility to actively promote the safety and wellbeing of everyone taking part in our group activities and shows.

We also take seriously our duty to safeguard APeel’s youth and vulnerable adult members, encouraging every member to help us maintain a safe and accessible theatre environment.

In order to achieve this, our committee has developed a safeguarding and child protection policy which outlines clear procedures that all staff, volunteers and group members can use to make appropriate, informed decisions; enabling them to respond quickly and with confidence when faced with a potential safeguarding concern.
